Shipping

Shipping base prices are calculated at checkout based on location. Shipping Timeline in Canada, pending shipping option chosen at checkout is on average 2-10 business days. The basic shipping option states it does not have tracking. WBC is not responsible for delays or lost packages that do not have tracking.

Any orders that get shipped internationally can take anywhere from 7-21 days on average pending shipping option chosen at checkout. if choosing the very basic shipping ocean/sea freight, shipments can take up to 3 months to be received so we always recommend going with a shipping option that has tracking and is going via air freight for international orders.

Shipping costs vary anywhere between $7 and upwards of $25 or more pending shipping option chosen at checkout and location. If the shipping cost is very high, please contact us to see if we can arrange another shipping option that is better priced.

Note the basic shipping option does not come with tracking. Shipping options with tracking options will be available at checkout.  

Returns

WBC offers a 30 day money back policy. We are confident in the effectiveness of our pain relief products and if you are not satisfied with results after using as directed for 30 days then we offer a money back guarantee.

Returns of product are to the place of purchase. WBC only accepts returns of product purchased direct through WBC. Please contact us if you are unhappy with the product and we will see what we can do to help you have a positive experience.

We do not offer credit/returns on expired product or on clearance items.

If you purchase from a retailer or another avenue that sells WBC products, please return to place of purchase with receipt for refund. Please note not all retailers readily accept refunds. If there is an issue on a return, then please have them contact us at 1-844-893-3085 to resolve the issue.
